Joe Kious Custom Knife Amber Inlayed Dan Wilkerson Engraved Lockback
This handsome lockback folder was made by Joe Kious. It was commissioned by the Barrett Smythe gallery out of New York City in the mid 1990's.
The engraving was done by the late Master Engraver Dan Wilkerson. It depicts a nautical map and sea monster highlighted with 24 Kt Gold inlays. The inlays and engraving were done completely by hand.
Joe Kious finished the ATS-34 blade with a mirror polish. Gem quality Amber has been used for the knife's scales. This unique custom knife will be a welcome addition to any knife collection.
