John W. Smith is in my opinion the best all around custom knife maker in the industry. He does it all from Gold inlay work to forging his own Damascus. This handsome dagger features John W. Smith's Sole Authorship Damascus and 24Kt Gold inlays. The Damascus has been blued and compliments the Goldlip Pearl inlay as well as the 24 Kt Gold inlays.
John W. Smith has signed the knife with a 24Kt Gold inlay, he has also inlaid 24Kt Gold along its perimeter, along the spine and on the insde of the knife. He finished the knife with fileworked liners, spine and a 14 Kt gold thumbstud.
