Bob Loveless Custom Knives One of a Kind Set of Double Ground Knives

Each knife was made 100% by Bob Loveless. At the time they were made Bob did not have any shop helpers. Each knife is consecutively numbered from #926 - #930. The Symmetrical Dagger at that time was brand new - not offered in any catalogue or on the market. Manfred Koch ordered the set with special larger than usual double guards in stainless steel. At that time, Bob Loveless soldered the guards to the blade!

The set of 5 knives is featured on pages 92 - 94 in the "R.W. Loveless Knife Book" by Luigi Peppini. Luigi Peppini purchased these knives from Manfred Koch and I purchased them from Luigi Peppini. The picture of Bob Loveless sitting next to Manfred Koch was taken in 1986 at the 2nd German Knife Show in Munich. To their right is the set of 5 knives.
