Ron Lake Custom Knife 1 of 8 World Trade Center I-Beam Piston Lock

This knife was made by Ron Lake in 2005 in remembrance of the September Eleventh 2001 attack on the World Trade Center. It features Fallen Bronze from the WTC Plaza Sphere and Steel from the WTC building. Ron Lake cut the steel into an "I-Beam" and set it into the Bronze. He left the Bronze in its distressed form, displaying the damage that was done on this day. The steel I-Beam represents the strength of Americans and the process of rebuilding. There 8 notches cut into the pivot to represent the 7 towers and the Bronze Sphere that had collapsed. In all there were 8 of these knives made. All but this one are currently held in private collections. Do not miss out on this opportunity to own a piece of American History, and an homage to September Eleventh.
