Howard Hitchmough Custom Knife Damasteel & Jade Lockback Folder with 18Kt Gold Accents

This extraordinary lockback folder was made by retired knife maker Howard Hitchmough. Howard was featured in Dr David Darom's "Art and Design in Modern Folding Knives" His attention to detail is fantastic. When Howard lived in London England, he would make hand made instruments for surgeons. He moved to New Hampshire and started making hand made knives in the mid 1980's. This knife measures 9 1/16" overall, has a 4 1/8" blade and is 5 5/16" closed. Everything that looks like gold is 18Kt Gold. As beautiful this knife is to the eye, it is even more spectacular when you have it in hand.
