Richard S. Wright Custom Knives Sole Authorship Engraved Damascus & Amber Ambidextrous Bolster Release Automatic

Richard S. Wright is the inventor of the Ambidextrous Bolster Release mechanism in the custom knife world. He was also a pupil of knife legend Bill McHenry. Anyone who collects high end automatic custom knives is familiar with Richard S. Wright's knives. They feel great in your hand and have a sturdy and strong leaf spring. When you slide the front bolster to the side the blade flies open with a pleasant-sounding click. The Amber scales are full of warmth and beauty. This Dagger has been engraved by Richard S. Wright and has 8 Citrines set in it. The spine has been masterfully carved with a vine and flower motif and titanium liners have been file worked. The blade and frame are both forged to shape Jerry Rados Damascus. The knife is finished with a profile of blonde hair women on the inside of the knife's spine. Richard makes less than a ten knives a year. This one is numbered 161.
